Awana Registration Form-Child Ages 3-4 (2025-2026)

Parents and grandparents, please be advised there are a limited number of Awana Cubby slots at Calvary.

Requirements for Cubby registration are: the child turns three by September 1, 2025 and is fully potty-trained. Unfortunately, we do not have the volunteer staff in Cubbies to provide diaper care.

Priority registration is given in this order:
1. Second-year Cubbies (4-year-olds who attended Calvary Cubbies last year).
2. Children of Wednesday night Calvary Youth and Awana volunteers.
3. Siblings of older children currently attending Awana at Calvary.
4. Calvary Community Church members' children.
5. The community at large.
