Come join us for the next generation of Nerf Rivals! Engage other players on the field in multiple games designed specifically for nerf. Play exciting games like Infection, Battle Royal, Capture the Flag, Terminator, and much more. You will definitely want to check out this camp and invite a friend!

We understand that your kid may not be able to attend every single day of camp. Down below please let us know what day(s) we should expect them to attend the day camp.
Alternative Adults Authorized to Pick-up your student
i.e. friends, other parents, grandpa, grandma, extended family... who we are authorized to release your child to at the end of the day. (Or in case of an emergency/early pickup)
I give my permission for the minor child named above to participate in all activities of the event named above and to be transported by a church vehicle (van or bus) when necessary.
Activities are supervised with careful attention given to safety. In the even of an injury or illness, every attempt will be made to contact you. In the event that you cannot be reached, your signature below will give us permission to seek any medical assistance we deem necessary. Also, the undersigned parent or guardian does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the participating churches, their officers, directors, employers, agents, successors, and assign from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in the event listed above by the minor named above. I also authorize Calvary Community Church/events to use photos or videos taken of my child at events for promotion & advertising including but not limited to brochures, articles & websites.
