What to Bring
There are a handful of essential items to have with you at camp. There are a handful of things that we need to ask you to leave at home.
To Bring:
Water Bottle
Shoes
Snow Shoes
Flashlight
Warm coat/sweatshirt/sweater
Snow clothes
Enough clothes for the weekend
Sleeping bag
Pillow
Pajamas
Toiletries - toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, shampoo, soap, deoderant
Towel
A Bible and a notebook
To Leave at Home:
Pocket knives and other sharp objects, anything that may be considered a weapon, drugs, alcohol, pets, fireworks, matches, or lighters.

Camp is designed to give campers an opportunity to experience new things with new people. We have found that electronic devices hinder those opportunities and so we ask that campers leave electronic devices such as phones and tablets at home. If your camper has a pressing need to carry a phone with them, we will ask that they keep it put away in their backpack while they are at camp.
Many items such as electronics, and other fun toys are special to campers. By leaving such appealing items at home, the risk of loss and theft is eliminated. Calvary Community Church is not able to guarantee the recovery of personal items left behind or lost at camp.
I give my permission for the minor child named above to participate in all activities of the event named above and to be transported by a church vehicle (van or bus) when necessary.
Activities are supervised with careful attention given to safety. In the even of an injury or illness, every attempt will be made to contact you. In the event that you cannot be reached, your signature below will give us permission to seek any medical assistance we deem necessary. Also, the undersigned parent or guardian does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the participating churches, their officers, directors, employers, agents, successors, and assign from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in the event listed above by the minor named above. I also authorize Calvary Community Church, Longview Community Church, & Northlake Church/events to use photos or videos taken of my child at events for promotion & advertising including but not limited to brochures, articles & websites.
